This is a bright 2nd floor studio apartment with separate gated entrance. Lofted ceilings make the space seem large and airy. The apt has a queen bed, full kitchen, bathroom and a private deck. It is located 1 block from the beach and 3 blocks from the center of town. All amenities are included. There are no laundry facilities on the premises, but pick-up/drop-off laundry services are available in town. Its in a great part of Loreto, a fairly quiet neighbourhood on a one block paved road. We have five options for rental on two adjacent properties: Geoff´s Apartment, Leslie´s Studio, Hugo´s House, the Garden Casita and the Vista Del Mar. All are very comfortable, nicely furnished and decorated, and all have wifi, cable tv, comfortable beds and quality linens. Our compound is completely enclosed, and has mature trees and a lovely tropical garden. Each unit is complete, but we also have outdoor eating and food preparation areas which guests often use for friendly get-togethers. We also have kayaks and bicycles for guest use. Our location is what makes these rentals so popular, one block up from the Sea and three blocks from the Town Square... everything is close by. Loreto is a safe, clean and friendly town. There is gated fenced parking across the street, an outdoor kitchen and garden space. We have kayaks and bicycles available for shared guest use. I will stop by and meet the guests the morning after their arrival, and from then on be available in case they need information, or help with anything during their stay. It is a fairly quiet family neighbourhood on a paved small one block street, lots of trees and a beautiful setting only one block from the beach and three from town. It is not heavily trafficked. The property employs a gardener three times per week, as well, door to door laundry service and maid service can be arranged for a fee. There is limited secure off street parking across the street, or on street parking below apt. There are 3 shared bikes and 2 shared kayaks. These must be left in the compound and the bikes locked at all times in town with the supplied locks. Loreto is very safe and generally a quiet town, though as with all Mexican seaside towns, weekends can get a bit noisy due to our proximity to the waterfront.
