We are within biking distance to Zilker park (or a nice 1.4 mile walk), Barton Springs pool, numerous local eateries, bars and coffee shops with convenient access to miles of greenbelt hiking and biking trails. We prefer to accommodate no more than 6 responsible, respectful adults however up to 8 can be negotiated. Master has a new king bed, 1st guest bedroom has a queen, 2nd has a full XL and 3rd has a queen bed. There is also a semi-private loft area in the back to put an air mattress, however it is open air to the downstairs 2nd living room. Enjoy our large courtyard with relaxing fountain, we have plenty of space and seating to enjoy the Austin weather. New stainless-steel kitchen appliances, high efficiency washer/dryer, WIFI, 3 x 42" flat-screen tv, Ipod speaker station. No smoking, no pets. The entire house is open to rental guests. Available via email and text. The Barton Hills neighborhood is a very convenient location to any events in town. We are 1/2 mile from South Lamar which consists of many trendy restaurants, bars and coffee shops. Greenbelt access only a walk away (great for hikes and mountain biking, swimming too when the water level is up). Barton Springs is a quick 1 mile jaunt down the road, easy bike ride or even walk. There are two elementary schools very close to our house great for taking the kids to play or if you're looking for a track to run around. There is plenty of parking on the property and street. Many folks use Fare, UBER, Fasten, etc to get around for events such as SXSW and ACL. You can catch the bus just up the hill (3/4 mile walk) on South Lamar which will take you downtown.
