The Jefferson Loft is located behind our small house in a fully gated yard. You will have your own private entrance with lots of lighting. It's located in the Jefferson Westside Neighborhood and is a great area to walk and bike around. You can walk downtown or to the University or stroll around the neighborhood. Restaurants are within walking distance as well. The Loft has a comfy area to read, watch TV and cook. It has AC for those warmer days. It has a small kitchen table for 2. If you need a desk, that is in the closet and can be set up. It has a medium sized refrigerator, a large Convection/Microwave Oven and 2 burner plate. (we don't have a stove but the Convection Oven is great). Plenty of plates, cups, pans and pots to cook with. You will access the loft area by a spriral stair case. Once you're in the loft area- please note that the ceilings are only about 5 feet high. There's a porch off the back with some Adirondack Chairs and a semi private yard. You will have access to the Loft, Yard and a porch on the back of the Loft. There is a gas grill to cook on in the back yard as well along with flower beds and summer garden We live in the front but due to Covid we will be keeping our distance for everyone's safety. Jefferson Westside Neighbors (JWN) is the City-chartered neighborhood for the area roughly between W. 7th and 18th Avenues and between Chambers Street and Lawrence/Willamette Streets. Jefferson Westside is also the 2010 neighborhood of the year award winner. We have extra blankets, pillows and towels. Apple TV, Netflix, Hulu and internet access are included. On Checkout, we don't have a huge list of items to complete. We just ask that you leave it in good condition. Please take the garbage out and any food should be removed from the fridge.
