There are 2 bedrooms on each floor, plus a central living room with leather couches, TV, powder room and an eat-in-kitchen with new appliances and seating for 20. This 3-story villa is built into a hill, so there are 2 levels of ground floor rooms. The rooms are named in honor of the flowers on The Wilburton estate which was originally named Strawberry Hill.
