Built in 2011, Dulca Brisa is a 2 bedroom, 2 bath vacation home situated on a jungle hillside with sweet jungle breezes helping naturally cool the property. As you enter the home you will find a spacious sitting room and Kitchen flowing out to the covered patio and pool area with tall local hardwood (Teak) ceilings. To the left side of the home is the master bedroom with private bathroom and on the right side of the home is a spacious guest bedroom and guest bathroom both with pool and garden views. The kitchen is equipped with granite counter tops and quality appliances. Dulce Brisa is also equipped with a very good security camera system as well as other features helping button up the home. A large storage building located out by the pool area with outdoor shower is perfect for storing a large quad or golf cart.
