With that there is wildlife so please supervise children and pets. Possible wildlife Coyote Bugs ( bees, ants, spiders scorpions) Please understand the desert is their home too and although we do our best to keep bugs out of the home they will occasionally wander into the home. Please be respectful of the posted hot tub rules. Broken glass, excessive rocks, and excessive debris left behind in the hot tub will be charged up to an additional $50. The fee goes to our cleaners due to the additional cleaning time. No smoking is allowed inside our property. If our cleaners smell smoke, you will be charged $150.00. We care about the health and well-being of our guests and smoke of any kind leaves a smell for the guests after you. Pets are allowed and the fee is $35 per stay for 2 pets. An additional fee of $15 dollars per pet for over 2 pets. If our cleaners notify us of any undisclosed pets on the premises you will be charged a $150 cleaning fee. please clean up after your pets excessive dog waste left behind will be charged an additional fee of up to $50. The fee goes to our cleaners due to the additional cleaning time. Additional guest. Please accurately notify us of how many individuals are in your party. Any additional guest, over 8 people, that was not mentioned during the reservation will be charged a penalty surcharge of $75 a night per additional person. Excessive noises. Please be respectful of our neighbors and keep noise levels to a minimum after 10 PM. Multiple offenses will lead to city fines and the removal of your party from the premises Check out is at 11:00 am. If guest check out late without permission there will be a penalty of $50. Despite our best efforts and regular fumigation, our home is located in the desert and you may still see insects/ants in the house. Especially if the doors or windows are left open. Please note that to keep light pollution to a minimum we leave the lights off on the patio. It may be dark if you arrive late in the evening.
