This 2 bedroom 2 bath dog-friendly beach cottage is perfect for two couples, a small family, or a relaxing girls trip! The large backyard is fully fenced for your pup and there is a large driveway to park your boat! Beach access is a short walk (3 blocks) from the cottage. Local beaches are dog-friendly. Within minutes, drive to downtown Port St. Joe for shopping & dining! As you approach Seashell Cottage, you will notice a generously sized driveway to accommodate your boat. Whether you're an avid boater or simply enjoy the occasional maritime adventure, the cottage provides convenient parking for your vessel. Inside the cottage, you'll find a cozy and tastefully decorated living space & kitchen. The two bedrooms (one king bedroom, one queen bedroom) offer comfortable sleeping arrangements, ensuring a restful stay. The kitchen is stocked with all the essentials needed for cooking in the cottage. One of our favorite parts of the cottage is the propane fire pit situated in the large fenced-in backyard. It provides a warm and inviting atmosphere, perfect for gathering around during cool evenings or enjoying a relaxing night under the stars while the pups & kiddos play in the yard. Overall, the cottage offers a delightful blend of coastal charm, relaxing amenities, and a welcoming environment for you, your loved ones, and furry companions. Guests will have full access to the home with the exception of the owners/cleaners closet. This beach town is quiet and nice change of pace from the hustle and bustle of large beach cities. In Port St. Joe you are minutes from the beach, nature, shopping, and dining. Seashell Cottage is on a dead-end street in a quiet residential community in Port St. Joe. The beach is a short 8-10 minute walk from the cottage. The community is also golf cart friendly (not provided but you can rent) for quick access to the beach access points. For shopping and dining, Mexico Beach and downtown Port St. Joe are quick drives from the cottage. The neighborhood backs up to a wooded area full of Florida's wildlife, including black bears. Be mindful of trash disposal and walking around the neighborhood or outside the home at night time.
