This unit is conveniently equipped and appointed with your comfort and convenience in mind. High speed wireless internet and satellite TV is included. The bedroom is configured with 1 queen bed. The unit can be configured with 2 twin beds for stays of 30 days or more and a one time set up fee will be charged (please contact us about this). In addition to the comfortable beds, there is a desk, a dresser and a large closet. The family room has a 50” flat panel TV with DISH Satellite, a euro-lounger, desk and dining table for four. Additional eating spaces include an eat-on granite bar with bar stools for your convenience. The unit has a large walk-in shower with a separate toilet room. We constantly upgrade the unit and for the comfort of our guests, we just installed an air conditioning unit in the bedroom and combo heater/air conditioner in the family room. Although we love animals, we unfortunately, are very allergic to dogs and cats and other types of service animals and humbly ask that you consider other rentals if you have a service animal. Guests have access to the extra large capacity 4.5 cu ft washer and 7.5 cu ft dryer on the premises free of charge along with detergent and dryer sheets. Guests can relax in the unit’s patio area, common area basketball court, or find entertainment in the common recreation room which includes complimentary 8’ pool table, table tennis, and a classic arcade console loaded with classic video games such as Pac Man, Missile Command, Galaga, and Tekken. Parking in our driveway is allowed and assigned during your stay. Additional free street parking is typically available just a few feet away. Interaction with your host is always kept at a minimum. Your host will always be available to make sure your needs are met, but will be invisible as possible for your privacy. Alameda is a unique gem in the San Francisco Bay Area. With its historic Victorian houses and mature tree-lined streets, Alameda retains the charm of a small town while providing the experience of trendy and diverse restaurants and shops which will make your stay in the Bay Area memorable and enjoyable. This unit is within walking distance to numerous shops, eateries and coffee and tea shops. BART and the SF Ferry terminal are within 12 minutes driving time and major freeway connections, also within minutes, can connect you to SF (30 minutes), Silicon Valley (45 minutes), and Napa and the Wine Country (60 minutes). There is also a bus stop about 2 blocks away that will take you to BART in about 20 minutes. The unit is ideal for 1 or 2 business travelers and is also available on a monthly basis. The standard room configuration is 1 queen bed. For those staying 30 or more days, 2 twin beds configuration is available with a one time setup fee of $100 and the request needs to be made in advance.
