Dragonfly House is located in the private community of Richmond Hill where quiet and peaceful residents live. We have a communal pool and the turquoise ocean is only a 5-min drive away. The apartment has 2 bedroom - 1 bath on the ground floor and comes fully equipped with everything you need to cook and enjoy the beach. The living room/kitchen opens up to a large screened veranda overlooking the front garden. This well-appointed 2 bedroom - 1 bath suite on the ground floor offers a stylish open concept kitchen and living room that opens up to a large screened veranda with more lounging furniture and a place to spread out and chill. We're at about 5 min drive from the ocean. The Bight beach is uncrowded and perfect for snorkeling right off the beach at Smith's reef Also within a 5-min drive, you will find the grocery store on Leeward highway and top restaurants in Turtle Cove Marina such as Mango Reef, Baci, Shark Bite and Magnolia’s. A lot of excursions depart from the marina if you want to take snorkeling trips on the reef or go deep-sea fishing. The Undersea Explorer is a great way to see the reef without getting wet. For more touristy action, head to Grace Bay ( 8 min drive) where you will find other restaurants, shops and boutiques and more beach accesses. There is another suite on the upper floor but each is private. The parking area is shared and the communal pool is for residents and guests only. Richmond Hill is a great residential neighborhood where families and locals live. It is quiet and centrally located on a hilltop. A car is recommended to drive around and explore the island. The grocery store is 3 min away on Leeward highway. Restaurants are close-by too. Everything else is about 10-15 min drive max. Beach accesses all have public parking and you can park anywhere in the streets for free. We drive on the left and it's fairly easy - no traffic lights - only round about and a stop or two. Just hug the curb if you are unsure. I provide essentials like linens and towels and kitchenware but I do not provide soap, shampoo and toilet paper, aside from the welcome kit ;) All of those are available at the grocery store in small format though!
