(The attached garage is designed for guests to use during their stay.) * The loft area above the bunk room * The backyard treehouse Please note, the outdoor shower is not currently operational at this time. While Skyline Cabin is situated on two beautiful acres overlooking the mountains, we are located in a residential Vermont neighborhood and do have neighbors! Have a four-legged friend? They are totally welcome with an additional $100 pet fee. Just let us know if you'll be bringing your pet along when you make your reservation. The Skyline Cabin is a non-smoking residence (both inside and out). Any violation of this rule will result in a $500 fine. Per our listing, we have a 6 person maximum in this house. Unauthorized overnight guests will be charged $250 per person per night. We do not allow parties, events or loud noise. Any violation of these rules will incur a $500 fine. Guests may use the indoor wood stove if they certify that they will do so safely and will be responsible for any damage due to its use or misuse. WAIVER & RELEASE of LIABILITY: The owners urge all guests to use The Skyline Cabin's features, facilities and its grounds in the safest manner. Use of all features, including but not limited to the use of stairs, grounds, lofts and appliances are done at the guests sole risk. Guests understand that they are fully responsible for use of all features and owners shall not be liable to guest for any claims related to illnesses, demands, injuries, damages, or actions arising out of or in connection with the misuse of facilities, natural events/disasters or general accidents on facility grounds. Guests choosing to use the fire pit agree to do so safely and in accordance with house rules. Guests understand owners are not to be held responsible for damaged or lost personal property. Guest hereby holds owners harmless from any/all claims brought against them.
