Located on the 5th floor, this 1074 square foot condo can sleep up to 7 guests. The spacious living room has plenty of comfortable seating for your family and friends to enjoy time together. Accessible via floor to ceiling sliding glass doors in both the living room and master bedroom is your private balcony with sweeping views of the beach and plenty of brand new polywood outdoor furniture. The dining area is adjacent to the living room and seats 6 with additional seating at the bar. In the fully equipped kitchen, you will find upgraded appliances, both Keurig and standard coffee makers, dinnerware/glassware for adults and children, toaster, blender and lots of gadgets to make cooking (if you so choose!) a breeze. An unexpected bonus is the full-sized pantry where you will find plenty of room to store your grocery items. Both bathrooms offer make-up mirrors, and the master bedroom has a makeup table and mirror. Enjoy hours of fun and relaxation on the extraordinary sugar sand beach with free beach service (two chairs and an umbrella) from March through October. We supply 2 rolls of toilet paper in each bathroom, a trash bag in each trash can and a starter set of dish soap and bar soap. Once those items are used it is up to the guest to purchase more items. Food items will not be left in the condo, this includes salt & pepper. We do not supply paper towels either.
