The house is very comfortable for 6 people, but it can accommodate more if children are presents or if your group is comfortable with reduced privacy when guests are sleeping in the 2 living rooms with sofa beds. One living room is on the first floor and it is opened to the entry, the dining room and the kitchen. The other living room is on the second floor, and it is a mandatory "pass through" to access the 2 bedrooms on that floor. Additionally, one living room chair can be converted into a twin bed. The first-floor bedroom has two full beds and could be better suited for 4 children or 2 senior adults who want to have their own comfortable full-size beds. The house is also optimum to work remotely with two office spaces with comfortable chairs height adjustable with armrests and high speed internet with Ultra Fast Fiber Optic Broadband Internet from VTel and up to 1,000 Mpbs (1 Gig).
