This is a great place to be located to visit all the major attractions in Miami. We are located approximately 10 minutes from the Miami International Airport, and 10 minutes from Historic Miracle Mile in Coral Gables where you can find shopping and restaurants. We are also located 15 minutes from Calle Ocho and 30 minutes from Miami Beach/Brickell Recently remodeled you will find all new and modern furniture and appliances. Living Room A comfortable sofa that converts into a bed and flatscreen television. Kitchen Induction stovetop, microwave, coffee maker, and fridge. All needed utensils and kitchenware to enjoy your own meals. Bathroom Walk-in shower, toilet, and sink. We also provide Handsops, Shampoo, Conditioner, and Body Wash. Bedroom Queen Size bed and Flat screen Television. Ambient Lighting and Roof fan. You will have your own parking space, access to the side corridor, and full private access to the whole Studio. There is self check-in but if you need any assistance with anything please let us know. We are centrally located in Miami in the town of Coral Gables close to Le Jeune and Flagler. We are centrally located to all attractions in Miami. The neighborhood is quiet and family oriented. The neighborhood is also safe and you will see people frequently walking their dogs or exercising at night. You will have your own parking space. We are within 5 min walking distance of public transportation such as the bus and trams into Coral Gables. Because of our close distance to the Airport and other areas it is always easy to get an Uber or Lyft. We currently have only central AC. Please let us what you would like the AC set at. We do have ceiling fans in both main areas.
