A cozy apartment located in the ligurian countryside, few minutes away from the historic center of Sarzana and the ruins of the roman village Luni. It's a perfect starting point to visit the surrounding area of Lunigiana, go to the seaside, visiting the marvelous Cinque Terre, Lerici and the famous Poet's gulf. This cozy apartment will be the perfect one for your vacations. From the entrance you'll have access to the living room. The modern kitchen and the restful bedroom complete the apartment. From the two spacious balconies you will have a beautiful view on the mountains and on the typical villages of the Lunigiana, a strip of land between the Ligurian sea and the Apuane Alps. The entire apartment will be available for you and all the appliances will be for your usage. Depending on availability, a private parking might be available. I will be available for tips and suggestions. Furthermore, I offer to all my guests a daily service of transportation to some fixed destinations (to the sea,to the train station, to the city center). The apartment is located outside of the city center. It is an ideal area to relax in the silence of the countryside, enjoying breathtaking views and environments. Easily accessible also without a car and close to many points of interest. To reach farthest places I offer to all my guests a service of transportation, included in the price for some fixed destinations but other destinations can be discussed. The apartment is easily reachable. With only a 5 minutes walking you will reach the closest bus stop on the Aurelia road (the main road close by). The beach is just 5 km away. Supermarkets and restaurants are very close to the apartment. The apartment is located exactly on the ancient Via Francigena, also today an important attraction for tourists, pilgrims and backpackers. L'appartamento è ben comunicato. Solo 5 minuti ed è possibile raggiungere le principali linee dei bus sulla Aurelia. Circa 5km dalla spiagga. Molto vicino sono presenti supermercati e ristoranti. L'appartamento si trova proprio lungo l'antica Via Francigena, percorsa ogni anno da numerosi turisti e pellegrini.
