This home is close to everything *7 minutes from BQN Aguadilla Airport *6 minutes to Crash Boat Beach *8 minutes to Peña Blanca Beach *8 minutes to Rompeolas Beach **The home is next door to a bar which plays Loud music on the weekends mostly** Very spacious and comfortable for 6 people. You will enjoy a 2 bedroom 1 bath unit, with everything you need to enjoy your stay. One bedroom has (2) Queen Size beds and the 2nd Bedroom has 1 King Size bed. The home has bedding, towels, pots, pans and more. We supply a cooler and beach towels, we also have a washer and dryer Local bar next-door for entertainment, the play very Loud music on the weekends. There is a lockbox in front of the door by the patio gate. You will get the code the day of check in You have access to your whole unit, and you are welcome to the backyard You can call me for assistance. Please keep in mind that this is a home and not a hotel. We are not responsible for power or water outages in the whole area. We are fully Solar now, so during power outages you will be powered by the back up Tesla batteries. During long hours of outages you will have to conserve energy so the batteries do not run out. This is not typical but it does happen as this is an island. The neighborhood is very lively, you have a local bar next-door. Expect to experience a true Puerto Rican neighborhood. You are minutes away from the beach, many local restaurants. The mall is 10 minutes away. You have a private parking for your car. You are also close enough to the beach to go by bicycle. Please make sure you do not flush any wipes, or anything besides toilet paper. You are welcome to use any of the seasonings. Please be courteous and turn off all air conditioners when we leave the unit. There are propane tanks on the side of the house that fuel the stove. If you’re going to cook make sure the tank is on. You must turn on the burner that looks different first.
