The unit has two bedrooms and three bathrooms, fitting six guests total. The condo has all the comforts of a modern home with stainless steel appliances, porcelain countertops, air-conditioning, cable TV, free WiFi, a dining room for six guests, and a private pool with incredible sunset and ocean views. In its main bedroom, guests can find a premium queen bed, a sofa bed, and a private bathroom. The 2nd bedroom has one queen bed and a private bathroom. Both rooms have their separate A/C unit and enjoy stunning ocean views. A shared sun deck and BBQ area are available on the property. The apartment includes private parking for two cars. The guests will have access to all the unit space: two bedrooms, three bathrooms, full kitchen, living room, dining area, and private pool. Additionally, they will have access to a shared backyard, BBQ area, and terrace. The condo has its own washer and access to a shared laundry room with a washer and dryer. Let us know if you would like to hire a private chef during your stay or a special dinner, or if you need help with transportation or arranging any activities. Note: The property is close to the Punta Leona Private Beach Club. The use of its facilities (restaurants, swimming pools, etc.) has an extra charge. Club fees are $10 per person per day in low season, $30 in high season, and $20 per vehicle.
