The apartment is the only one at JB with roof covered link bridge connected to JB Custom CIQ, with only estimate 8 min of walking distance. Other than that, our place is 5-15 min driving distance to City Square Shopping Mall, KSL Mall, and the famous cultural heritage street Jalan Tan Hiok Nee. Right below the apartment, R&F Princess Cove has their own shopping mall - R&F Mall. The mall comes with grocery shops, hardware shops, restaurants and cinema. - CLEANLINESS IS OUR PRIORITY - We changed bed sheet, quilt cover, pillow cover, and towels for every new check-in. Our guest will have full access to the facilities in the apartment during stay. - Security Deposit of RM 200 / SGD 70 required via online transfer before check in. (SG Paynow available) - ID / Passport will be requested before check in. - No Smoking is allowed in the unit. - No Pet is allowed.
