The boat dock is in a protected channel that connects to Mille Lacs Lake, a 74ft viewing dock with a sitting area (seasonal). The beach leads into a shallow swimming area, perfect for families to soak up the sun and create summer memories. You will also have a charcoal grill, fire pit, deck overlooking the lake with a table, chairs, and hammock chairs (seasonal). The beach and docks are shared amenities with our other listing next door. Indoor space: 880 square feet, a gas stove (fireplace), dining table, Smart TV with Roku, and board games/books. Kitchen: Dishwasher & detergent, fridge, oven with electric stovetop, microwave, drip coffee maker, toaster, cooking basics, dishware and kids dinnerware, flatware, and filtered water. General: Free WiFi, zoned heating, A/C in main living area, ceiling and portable fans, washer/dryer & detergent, linens/towels, complimentary toiletries, hair dryer, and paper products. Note: Two exterior security cameras (facing out) on the east side of the property. Stairs are required for access.
