There is a heat pump that keeps you cool in the summer and cozy in the cooler months. The main floor primary bedroom has a king bed, room darkening curtains, TV, and sliding door opening to the deck/backyard. The bathroom is newly remodeled with double sinks, step in shower with subway tiles, and heated floor. Upstairs, one bedroom has a king bed, and the other has two twins beds. There is also a convenient half bath upstairs. The updated main floor has a spacious open concept living room/eat in kitchen that features hardwood floors and a gas fireplace. Whether you like to cook or simply have morning coffee, the kitchen is equipped with everything you need. For a quiet space, enjoy the front sitting room with a special kids' nook. After a day of adventures, relax outside among the tall trees. You can enjoy dining in the private backyard and beautiful garden featuring a flagstone patio. Our home is on a tree-lined street in a premiere residential neighborhood. There are plenty of walking, biking, and hiking opportunities. We are located just below Hendricks Park and the Rhododendron garden. There is easy access to the Willamette River paths, Laurelwood golf course, Pre’s running trail, and Alton Baker Park. You can join the duck football fans walking from campus to Autzen Stadium. The EmX bus stop is a short walk to Franklin Boulevard and is an easy way to get downtown or the Saturday Market. This university neighborhood is a limited parking district, but our driveway gives you the convenience of 2-3 off street parking places (depending on the size of the vehicles). Be certain no part of a vehicle is parked over the sidewalk. This home is on a quiet, largely owner occupied, residential street, and part of the University of Oregon parking district. On-street parking is limited to two hours and if noise ordinances are violated, neighbors may call the Eugene Police Department Party Patrol. Must be 25 years or older to book.
