The house is located at the very point of the property over looking the bay, where you can see the pacific coast of Costa Rica (weather dependent). You have your own private entry way, and I am not too far away if you have any questions. I live in a house on the same property. Seaclusion house is on a private property above the main town strip of Drake Bay. It occurs like you are alone in the middle of the jungle, however, it only takes a 10min walk to the beach, and a 15min walk to town to be back to Drake Bay centre and in the presence of others. It is a very small village, however, it will provide a taste of Costa Rica. You will find music, restaurants, super markets, vegetable stands, an ice-cream parlour, a souvenir shop and plenty of tourist activities. Drake Bay town is only one road. It's pretty hard to get lost, however, don't be shy to ask for recommendations, I know the best spots and guides. Getting around Drake Bay is relatively easy to get by on foot, especially from Jungle by the Sea. However, please keep in mind we are elevated and it is recommended to drive or catch a taxi at night. Driving is also relatively simple in Drake Bay especially if you have a 4X4, which is the only type of vehicle that will make it to the house. Most people do prefer to walk everywhere anyway due to the ease of location and the beautiful scenery you get to witness along the way. Parking is simple and easy, in town and at the house! - One less thing to worry about on your vacation. Other things to note Here are a few facts about the house that will support your stay. -The water is drinkable. It is pumped from a natural spring fed creek on the property. -The house has its own washing machine -The kitchen is stocked with the essential cooking items including a gas stove, salt & pepper, and cooking oil. -You will have access to hot water for the shower only. -It is an open plan space with plenty of ventilation and fans. You will not need air conditioning. -There are two friendly, lovable dogs that will be enthusiastic for your arrival. -There is unlimited internet. -And last but not least we can book your tours at no extra charge.
