In Panama the toilet pipes are very narrow, we ask you to put the used toilet papers in the trash can next to the toilet to prevent it from clogging. 11. You will receive 2 towels per person. One for bathing and one for the beach. Please do not use towels to remove makeup. We will count all towels when you leave. If they are lost, we will charge you 10 USD for each one. El apartamento solo puede ser utilizado por los huéspedes que se hayan registrado con su nombre y cedula o pasaporte. Los edificios no permiten recibir visitas. 4. No se permiten más personas que la capacidad indicada. 5. En el balcón no se permiten las barbacoas según leyes de Panamá. 6. Este es un apartamento autosuficiente; no encontrarás ni comida, ni bebida. Igualmente tienes que traer tus propios artículos de cosméticos, por ejemplo, jabón, champú, lavado de cuerpo, papel higiénico, bolsas de basura, etc. Como cortesía vamos a dejar en cada uno de los WC-s un papel higiénico. Hay algunas tiendas en las instalaciones donde se pueden comprar estos artículos y también comida básica. El supermercado Super 99 y la farmacia Arocha se encuentra en el centro comercial, justo en la esquina de la autopista Inter-Americana y la carretera hacia Playa Blanca. 7. Tu apartamento no se limpiará y tus sabanas y toallas no se cambiarán durante tu estancia. Si necesitas limpieza y cambio de mantas y toallas, ponte en contacto con nosotros. La basura hay que poner en la tinaquera que se encuentra abajo. Si no lo encuentra pregunta vigilancia. 8. No tomamos ninguna responsabilidad por tus objetos de valor que quedan en el apartamento. 9. Fumar tanto en el apartamento o en cualquier otro lugar en el edificio (incluyendo en el pasillo) está estrictamente prohibido. 10. En Panamá las tuberías de los inodoros son muy estrechos, pedimos que pongas los papeles higiénicos usados en el basurero al lado del inodoro para evitar que se tape. 11. Recibirás 2 toallas por persona. Uno para bañarse y otro para la playa. Por favor, no uses toallas para quitarse el maquillaje. Contaremos todas las toallas al salir. Si se pierden, te cobraremos 10 USD por cada uno. Al terminar tu estadía reúne las toallas usadas para facilitar el conteo. 12. Por favor, respeta a otros residentes del edificio. Nos reservamos el derecho de cancelar el servicio inmediatamente, con la retención de toda la tarifa de alquiler, si recibimos cualquier queja válida de otros residentes del edificio o administración. 13. Por favor, apaga el aire acondicionado, cuando estés ausente y cuando las ventanas estén abiertas. Por favor, apágalo al salir. Estamos comprometidos a ahorrar energía y luchar por un mundo más limpio. 14. Dentro del complejo encontrarás varios restaurantes en Town Center, junto a la piscina gigante y en la playa. 15. En la piscina gigante hay 2 áreas que puedes usar. Un área es privada para los propietarios de apartamentos. Las áreas que puedes usar se encuentran junto a los toboganes y el restaurante. Tienes que pedir cintillo en la garrita de la piscina. 16. El apartamento tiene Internet individual. La red y la contraseña se encuentra adentro. La contraseña hay que poner tal cual.
