For stays between December and May, each bedroom is designed to accommodate 2 guests. If there are more than 8 guests in total, there will be an additional charge of $45 USD per extra guest, including taxes. On holidays prices may vary. Additionally, a one-time cleaning fee of $100 USD will be applied to every booked unit. Depending on the number of guests in your group, we can offer you either one or both units, which range from 3 to 6 bedrooms. For stays between May and December, the same pricing structure applies. Each bedroom can accommodate 2 guests, and any guests exceeding 8 will incur an extra charge of $35 USD per person, including taxes. On holidays prices may vary. The one-time cleaning fee of $100 USD is also applicable.
