Please note, the garage is not accessible and wood wood-burning fireplace inside is NOT usable. **DISCLAIMER** *Our home is single-level with the exception of 1 step down into the home and 2 small steps in the hallway. *When renting our home please keep in mind we are in a rural area. It is very quiet and peaceful and our house is surrounded by unbothered forests. With nature comes wildlife, from coyotes, owls, elk, deer, javelina, hawks, jackrabbits, and bobcats to the smaller critters like birds, mice, snakes, desert gophers, ground squirrels, and depending on the time of year some bugs (butterflies, moths, flies, crickets, spiders, ants), you never know what might be foraging by. No need to fear, the forest and mountains are their home, too. That said, although we do our very best to keep our home pest free, there are times when some wildlife/critters will come inside (usually spiders/flies) we usually find them by the windows. You will have access to the entire home. 2 driveway parking spaces are available, garage is not accessible. Parking in the yard is not permitted.
