High, industrial dining table cleverly located in the open plan kitchen/living area provides another prep zone for cooking or a comfortable workspace. For guests convenience a water dispenser is there. The sitting area has a sofa (optionally expendable into a bed 140cm), armchairs, coffee table and a smart TV. Bathroom is equipped with a shower and toilet, towels are provided. This space is designed in a simple, elegant and functional way, and has a relaxed feel to it. Apartment house is located in the peaceful part of El Gouna, a suburban area called Mansions. The G-Cribs neighborhood is friendly and calm, while outdoor swimming pools provide entertainment for both adults and children. Main attractions of the town are located within a 4/4.5km distance and are easily accessible with a car, taxi or a tuc-tuc. Closest supermarket, over basically supplied Gourmet, is around 2.5km away. Unit is located in the suburban area of El Gouna called Mansions. Right next to Bali and Sholan compounds, around 8 min drive from the center of Gouna, Marina Abu Tig and Downtown. Please note the road to Mansions is sandy - kindly check the location on the map before you confirm the booking. IMPORTANT (please read this before you book): Please note that marriage certificate is required for Egyptian nationals to stay at the same unit. Upon making the booking you need to send us the IDs (front and back Egyptian ID) or passport in order to arrange permit with security to enter El Gouna. Please note that the entry to El Gouna is subject to El Gouna management approval. In case your IDs or passports got disapproved by El Gouna management we will fully refund you.
