Last but not least, Restaurants are only 5-15 minutes away. NO Pets, and large gatherings outside registered guests. Be sure to follow and read the house rules to avoid confusion and extra fees. Waking up in the morning, you will feel the fresh air of the neighborhood and calmness in the backyard while enjoying your tea or coffee while staring at the swimming pool. Our house has a living room with a very cozy sofa, 4K Smart TV with a Bose soundbar for your movie night enjoyment with family, and a fully equipped kitchen with Instant pot, personal blender, etc. Also, a bonus living room with accent chairs and electric fireplace. The house also has a washer and dryer and cozy backyard swimming pool for you and your family enjoyment! Southgate community is a very desirable area of Hayward! Very close to the San Mateo Bridge, 880 freeways and malls! Great neighborhood with great people around the house! We used to live in the property before for over 5 years and we were very close with our neighbors and they are all very friendly and quiet! There are a lot of public transportations walking distance and Bart is like a 10 minute drive! Ample of parking with drive way and lots of street parking! No parties or events allowed. No large gathering outside of registered guests. No smoking (cigarettes, cigars, pot, et al) on any part of property, including back and front yards. 3 security cameras at exterior of home. 2 at front of house, 1 at the pool equipment and 1 in rear yard.
