A secure garage (vehicles taller than six feet will not fit) is ideal for storing bikes and bulky gear and an outdoor hose is a convenient amenity after a day on the trails. The large, tiled entry offers additional space for hanging items and stowing footwear. The main floor of the home features a walk-through kitchen with new appliances, beautiful and well-stocked cupboards, a pantry, bar seating, and a nook with a round table perfect for morning coffee or an evening of cards. The dining room, with a long table to gather up to ten, is adjacent to the living room and separated by a handsome teak partial wall—a beautiful statement piece and nod to the mid-century modern bones of this family home. These rooms share a bathroom with a large shower. The lower level of the home features a rec area and the washer and dryer.
