Grotto House is situated on the cliffs, in a gated property for privacy and security. The open floor plan features a kitchen, dining room and living area leading to a patio and private access carved in the cliffs with views of the azure Caribbean sea. This could be your own very rustic cottage, nested on the limestone cliffs of western Jamaica, overlooking the pristine ocean. The space is perfect for couples or friends looking to escape to somewhere relaxing and breathtakingly charming. The bungalow has direct sea access, a private patio, a kitchenette, access to the pool, and caves on the property. Guests will be able to have the entire home to themselves. The privacy and location of our cottage is 'almost off-grid' - in typical Jamaican style, the home is surrounded by many fruit trees and bordered by the sea. There is a wifi router on property to keep you connected. The bedroom layout is as follows; 1 main bedroom located above the sitting room with a half bath en-suite, and the second is a loft located above the dining room/living room. The first floor bathroom has a semi outdoor shower and toilet. The shower has views of the sea and gardens. If you have any special requests, before arrival or during your stay please let us know, we will do our best to accommodate you. This home is set up for guests and are welcome to use the pool and other common areas. We will be available to guests as needed. Please reach out to my co-host Jake. This neighborhood is located on the south side of Negril, in an area called The West End, it is reputed for its high cliffs and restaurants, with an overall more relaxed atmosphere than the faster paced Beach Road area. We recommend guests use a charter driver, bicycles, taxi or rental car. If you need help with organizing a trip or driver, don't hesitate to reach out to us. Our location in Jamaica is very beautiful, but can also be very challenging please see below for some special notes: 1. Guest checkin is 'in-person' - we will provide you with a small tour and introduce Jupiter and Dory the dogs on premises, please let them stay inside the property, they are for your protection. 2. When you arrive you'll receive the house key and gate keys. Lost keys & Damages will incur a fee. (see house rules). 3. Unauthorized persons are not allowed to enter without registration. 4.
