Violating any of the rules would result in immediate eviction without refund for the unused nights, plus fees from any damage caused, and $150 as a penalty. ~ Well-trained pets under 25lb are welcome, but all pets need to be disclosed and approved. Base $220 per trip as a pet fee, and we will charge an additional $220 / pet as an extra pet fee if you have more than 2 pets, and an additional $10 / pet for every day if your trip is longer than 7 days. Allergies or Poisonous plants to pets are may on this property, keeping pets safe is your responsibility. ~ Please provide a name list of all adult guests after you confirm the reservation. IDs are required before check-in. ~ NO AC on this property. Portable AC is available. ~ NO cable service on TV. Netflix is available. ~ Garage is NOT available. Driveway / street parking is available. ~ For safety reasons, we set up security cameras OUTSIDE of the house. Cameras will be recorded during the reservation. ~ For safety reasons, we do NOT provide any UNPACKAGED food, like oil, salt, etc. Other groups may be left unpackaged food on this property, it's your responsibility to check the safety to use it. Thanks ~ Cleaning fee is just for one-time cleaning before your check-in. We do NOT provide daily cleaning service. ~ No pet barking to disturb neighbors, please. ~ Gardener comes on every Monday.
