The flat comes with an en suite and a detached bathroom. All rooms are fully furnished and we will provide fresh bedding including duvet and towels. The TV is a WIFI connected smart tv. The front of the flat is West facing, the living space south facing and back bedroom East facing to offer you plenty of natural light throughout the room. The flat has a WIFI speed of 233.65 Mbps with a ping of 7ms. We have a small vegetable and fruit garden on ground floor and a verandah space for you to relax. You will find our dog Rena greeting you each time you come to the flat (Feel free to pet her, she's super kind and friendly). The guest/s will have full access to two roof top terraces where you get a lovely panoramic view of Lakeside and surrounding mountains. We also have a washing machine in the building for you to use free of charge. You can reach to us via text, phone call or through Airbnb whatever you feel comfortable with. If you're looking for a quiet peaceful area yet be super close to the hustle and bustle of Lakeside and all the local amenities, the place is just perfect for that. To top it all you will be sharing the house with life long Lakeside residents who are super knowledgeable and connected for tourist related stuff. Public buses and taxis are conveniently located within a 2-5 minute walk from the property. However, due to the convenient location of lakeside amenities, transportation may not be necessary as everything is within easy walking distance. For those who prefer to explore on wheels, bicycles and motorbikes can be rented locally and we offer secure on-site parking for these modes of transportation. Please note that there is no car parking available inside property. If you require car parking arrangements, street parking could be arranged. Pllease inform us in advance so that we can make the necessary arrangements locally. Please note it is a residential building so we ask any guests to be respectful to others in the building and not have loud gatherings and parties. We live on the ground floor and are quite happy to make arrangements to make your stay more comfortable or even offer recommendations for activities in Pokhara. We also have solar panels for hot water helping us conserve energy.
