The house is located in the mountains of Heredia, Costa Rica, on a large property of 8400 square ft. The apartment 760 square ft., with one bedroom, kitchen, bathroom, and all the amenities to be self-sufficient. Fibre-optic, high-speed internet - 90-95 mbps. The on-site owners are available for anything needed. The house is located in a quiet, rural area. It's safe to walk and go out, as our neighborhood is safe and friendly. We are here for anything you need during your stay. Guests have access to the full yard, between the prinicipal house and the apartment. The property has a private guest entrance, from the parking area. You have access to the front of the property through this entrance and to the parking and dead-end street where you can walk. Laundry is available in the principle house.
