Video surveillance: The house has a video doorbell at the front door and a camera in the back yard of the home to ensure safety of our guests and home during your stay. Parking: There's a long single driveway on the property that can accommodate 4 cars as well as free street parking. Please do NOT park in the neighboring driveways. Trash: A trash can is available on the property. Quiet Hours/Partying: Please be respectful of the neighbors surrounding the home and keep noise levels to a minimum after 10pm. If we receive a noise complaint from local authorities during your stay you could be subject to an additional fine. Also, if guests are found to be excessively partying without consent from the host, you could be charged an additional fee. Damages: Guest will be held 100% financially responsible for any damages incurred to the site or property during their stay. Please remember: This is our home that we kindly invite our guest to.
