Massive backyard with a hot tub, firepit and enclosed porch for gathering. Large indoor spaces for socializing or watching a game together. Wrap-around front porch is spacious and comfortable in all seasons! Built over 100 years ago, the 6-bedroom, 3-bath Craftsman has been beautifully maintained. Each bedroom offers memory foam mattresses, sleeping 16 people very comfortably. There are also 2 additional twin fold-out mattresses in the closets and a queen air mattress for extra sleeping options. We also have a crib and a toddler cot in the house. (A high chair and a pack-n-play can be made available on request.) Chef's kitchen is fully loaded with cooking appliances and supplies. We also provide cooking basics like: olive oil, vinegar, salt & pepper, flour, sugar, honey, and a multitude of spices. We stock plenty of coffee & tea, and we have a keurig, a regular drip coffee maker, and tea kettle. Our bathrooms are stocked with shampoo, conditioner, body wash, body lotion and q-tips. You are welcome to use our hair dryers and styling irons, as well as hair sprays & fragrances . If you are having an event, we can help provide tables/chairs/linens/flowers/music/food service/bar service. Let us know! There is a code to unlock the front door upon arrival. Guests may access and use all parts of the house and property. Will will give our guests complete privacy and be available by text or email contact if there are any questions or needs. Eclectic neighborhood of historic homes, very close to downtown Eugene. Quick access to the Whiteaker neighborhood, the University of Oregon, Hayward Field, Autzen Stadium and the Eugene Airport. The house is 10 minutes from the Eugene airport. It is also just a few blocks from the downtown bus station if you want easy access to public transportation. Aside from that, the central downtown location of the house makes walking everywhere in downtown Eugene convenient. The University is a 20 minute walk or 5 minute drive. For those visiting Autzen, we recommend a 5 minute drive to a great $10 parking lot along the river that is then less than a 10 minute walk to the stadium. Eugene has Uber, Lyft and taxis, as well.
