Big enough to accommodate party's of 16+. 5 of the bedrooms are located on the main floor can accommodate up to 16 people. The second floor is available upon approval. Back yard has a private pool, patio deck & outdoor grilling. *****NOTICE This is for rental of the main floor on the house. The second floor will not be available for occupancy unless approved. For bigger parties and depending on availability it may become available. If you feel you need the extra space on the second floor please inquire about it first. *Note $25 cleaning service is only for one day that is applied on the date of your departure. If guests would like to add additional cleaning days during their stay its an extra $25 per day. Have a maid near by to make sure our guests needs and wants are being fulfilled. The maid will also clean and do laundry for a fee. Ill also be available via email, text and/or airbnb app. House is located on the 5th hole of Palm Real golf course and just minutes away from the walking/running/bicycle path that stretches miles down Ixtapa. Very easy to get around town with bus routes near by or you can phone a taxi for front door pick up.
