My place is close to Old Havana, Beach, Restaurants, Hotels, Parks. You’ll love my place because of the neighborhood, the comfy bed, the Amelia Peláez room can be used with 2 personal beds or one king size, you choose, and the Dulce Ma. Loynaz room has one queen bed and we can add 1 personal bed more. The kitchen, is small but the light natural and the view to Park is very nice and the coziness. My place is good for couples, adventurers, business travelers, families (with kids)big groups. We have a beautiful house with a great view to Mariana Grajales Park and for another side the sea, the apartment have 3 floors. The first one have 3 rooms with an independent bathrooms, kitchen, hall, balcony, living room-dinner room. The 2nd floor it's like a mini apartment because have a small kitchen, two bedrooms with an independent bathrooms and a small hall. The 3rd floor is a roof deck with a great view and space when you can share and eat there with your friends. Guest have available all the house except for the kitchen, fridge at the first floor and the other rooms that they do not pay for rent. But you have in your room, tv, bathroom, mini bar, doble bed, closet, fan, ac, savebox etc. Wifi is an extra service when is avalability because in Cuba that service is not stable. The breakfast is not included in the rent like other gastronomics services can be asked by the guests. You can enjoy the balcony and the roof Our hostal is located at the City Center Walking distances to a lot of places like restaurants, museums, hotels, theaters, etc. Also if you want to take any kind of transportation is available for you down there.
