The house has a great location in a peaceful neighbourhood, it is just in the seafront and has a great scenery. The sunsets are magical here. The place has two bedrooms, living area, kitchen and there is a backyard, all of them fully furnished and equipped. It is suitable either for short or even long stays. The city centre is 20 min by walk or 5 min by car. Moreover, there are a restaurant, a grocery store and a pharmacy within 3 min walking distance. Champoton is a quiet and peaceful city very well known by the quality of the sea food. Many foreigners stop by just because of this. The landscape is very powerful and full of beauty. Sunsets are particularly special here and the architectural design of the house aimed to frame and highlight this special moment of the day. The guest have full access to the whole areas in the house. I am available 24/7. The atmosphere in the neighbourhood is calm and quiet. The best feature of the house is that it is in front of the sea shore, allowing to really experience to live in a fisherman town. Grocery stores, pharmacy, restaurants and gas station are nearby. Located in one of the main streets of the city, the house is very accessible and is easy to move around, either walking, cycling, using public transport or driving.
