I will not be present during the stay. It will be private. However, I may have my property manager or myself stop by to say hi and meet the guests. Downtown is easily accessible: 1 block from Cap Metro and UT Bus line on Red River. $5 Cab / $7 Uber ride to downtown. Off Street parking is available / St. David's garage / possible parking pass for additional deposit. Public transportation 1 block away. Host requires reservations made to be honest and accurate, particularly related to number of guests. Any guests over 3 will incur an additional $50 charge per night or $300 charge per month. All guests names and cell phone numbers will be required prior to check-in. Parking is available, if requested with reservation, and a special hang tag will be issued that must be returned (a $150 replacement fee). Mail Service: USPS mail delivery to the on-site locked and very tiny mailbox is unavailable. FedEx and UPS will typically deliver packages to guests at front door. Nearby Mailboxes can be rented at your own expense if USPS mail is required during your stay.
