Overlooking the Matapalo golf course/mountains and 5min from Playa Grande, the house is conveniently located between the beaches of Tamarindo and Flamingo. Most of our guests like to rent a car so they can go explore the surrounding beautiful beaches and different activities. Others choose to have a more relaxed vacation or stay in the house for work, but with the option of going to Tamarindo or Playa Grande for dinner or shopping then it is very feasible to get a private taxi or an ATV rental. There is also the option of arranging private transportation services that offer direct /air-conditioned trips to major destinations in the country as well as the two main international airports (San Jose and Liberia). Tamarindo which is 25mins away from the house, has a small airport, with airlines (like Sansa Airlines) offering multiple daily flights to the most popular destinations of Costa Rica. There are several car rental companies in the area but it is recommended to book in advance during high season. Parking is available right next to the house. 4x4 is recommended in this area.
