You will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located bungalow! The beach is less than 100 steps from your door! Cook your own meals in the privacy of your bungalow in the more private area of the property away from the beach or check out to the beachfront bar/restaurant on-site for good meals, drinks, live music and events! You are also walkable to everything in town including plenty of restaurants, supermarkets, banks, shops, and more! The casita is a studio style, with open bedroom/ kitchen plan and a private bathroom with hot water. The TV has cable and chromecast. There is a double bed and the foam sofa mattress can fold out into an extra double bed for additional sleeping area. The kitchen has all of the basic plateware, silverware, pans and cooking utensils, including a coffee maker and rice cooker. Outside, you have a bamboo fenced area just for you including an outdoor shower. The casita is tucked behind the property restaurant away from most of the noise, and it is centrally located in town so it is easy to walk to EvErYTHING (including to the beach, just walk past the restaurant, 100 steps away and you’re there)! The whole casita is yours to use during your stay! You are also welcome to use on site amenities of the open air bar/restaurant including the shared outdoor shower in the parking area on your way to/from the beach and the pool table. I am available by message, I will check in occasionally just to make sure everything is ok, and I’m available as your concierge for reservations of activities like surf lessons, stand up paddle, sunset catamaran, massage, etc! So don’t hesitate to reach out if you need something! There is an open air bar/restaurant on site where there can be events like sports games, live music, DJs etc. you can expect it to be loud for major events like soccer games or holidays like New Year’s (this is true anywhere near the beach on NYE here) but usually the music is reasonable level at night and should not affect your enjoyment or sleep unless you are a very light sleeper. The bar closes between midnight-1 am.
