Super magical & unique tree house based on sacred geometry located on an active organic farm. It's truly in the trees, not just on stilts. It's composed of 3 rustic open air structures: the Awarenest - a shared separate epic view deck 9m (30ft) high, the Bedroom Pod - with hanging bed, desk, northern view of the mountains and bathroom with suspended bridge to full Kitchen Pod both at 4.5m (15ft) high. Basically it's a jungle farm wildlife adventure. Recent updates: new super fine mosquito net, more private shower off bedroom, refinished bedroom desk, secured railings made more safe for kids, passionfruit vines around the bathroom and new bed side table with reading light. One of the best things about this location is that you can pick fresh food from the farm garden anytime you like. The main initial structure, the bedroom is actually suspended by cables between 5 strong Melina trees. The sacred geometry shape is an Icosahedron, one of the 5 platonic solids. It’s composed of 20 equilateral triangles that join at 12 vertices roughly making a spherical shape. The bedroom has a queen bed with canopy mosquito net, a built in desk, a small sink (with running water) and mirror and small porch. Just outside the bedroom is the bathroom with flushing toilet and hot shower. The kitchen, connected to the bedroom by a bridge has a full size sink, half size fridge, toaster oven, 1 burner gas stove, electric kettle, plenty of counter space and built in couch/bench that can sleep a 3rd person, but it's narrow and not very comfortable for sleeping (which is why it's a 2 person listing). The view deck, called the Awarenest is about 30' up with quite an amazing view. It's accessible by a series of ladders, so not for the faint of heart. It's a great spot for yoga, meditation or just relaxing on top of the world. It's in the tallest, highest tree in the area. I say highest because it's also at the top of a little hill. This structure is shared with the community also. There is a large yoga deck that is available for your morning yoga/meditation practice or dance sessions. And there's a pool at the farm you are welcome to use. It's truly one of a kind! There is a new restaurant there at our farm called Wonderland open Thursday to Sunday evenings. So if you're looking for a healthy and delicious food option, it's just a short walk. The 2 acre property is within the 110 acre Rancho Delicioso organic farm community. There is plenty of privacy but also the chance to interact with the community on the farm. As the owner/builder, unfortunately I won't always be personally able to greet you, but I have a wonderful property manager who works full time at the farm so he's usually near by if you need anything. It’s 15 min drive to the Montezuma beach and about 25 min drive to Mal Pais and Santa Teresa Beaches. It’s nicely settled in the hills between them. Also about 15 minutes from Cobano, the largest town in the area for supplies, etc. Those times change based on road conditions. It’s not actually very far, but you wont’ be driving super fast. There’s a wonderful authentic Italian restaurant located close by, in the middle of no where. Their pizza is amazing and cooked in a wood fired home made earth oven, hence the restaurants name, Tierra Y Fuego (earth and fire). They are only open Thursday-Sunday and closed for most of Sept/Oct. It’s a little secluded so I suggest having a rental car if possible or plan to pay taxi’s (roughly $1/min of the listed drive times). The tree house is fully functional with electricity, running water, flushing toilets, complete kitchen and hot shower.
