La Casita del Sol Independent studio with personal and private access that has the amenities and the look and feel of a house (is not like an appartment). Is like a mini house that is situated in the front of a traditional and classic house of Buenos Aires. The entrance is absolutely independent from the main house with personal keys. And there is no need to be in touch if not needed or if you don´t want to. It has a patio for free personal use in the front of the house. Has its own kitchen with refrigerator, electric oven and all devices and appliances for cooking. It has a full private Bathroom. Big private room with nice classical furniture and boisserie as well as high ceiling. It has two beds which can work for single people or together for a couple or separate in case there are two persons coming together which are not willing to share bed. Our native language is spanish, though we can talk english and some french, and we can understand italian. The owner, Alicia, is a sociologist, working as a journalist in the field of brands, branding, advertising and marketing and she also is fond with photography (the colleccion of the moon are one of the favorite themes). Latelly she developed a very deep interest in symbolical languages such as tarot and astrology, so you can feel the magic atmosphere all over the house, including the mosaic art pieces that are around the place. It´s only five blocks from the Subway (Subte) which can get you in less than half an hour to downtown of Buenos Aires. The property is located nearer Belgrano, one of the most traditional, residential and trendy neighboorhoods of the city with plenty of shopping and cultural activities to enjoy. The access is easy and it´s well communicated in vary many different ways. It has access to wifi and a tv and it can be arranged to have cleaning and even food for special low rates. If you want a bike you can take for free :) If needed the main house has a big living room and nice garden that can be used as optional also for special rates. We call it "La Casita del Sol" the Little Sun House because of its yellow color and because it has special mosaic art (done by the owner, Alicia) which represents the colorfull of the brighten sun. La Casita del Sol is located in Buenos Aires, the capital of Argentina which is very well known in the world to be one of the more cosmopolitan and european style city of South America.
