Casa SiempreVerde is a newly renovated home with a beautiful pool, and world class open air gym. The gated property is nestled on the top of the hill overlooking the Pacific Ocean, with stunning views from almost every part of the home. Guests can enjoy personal training sessions, as well as spa services such as exfoliant treatment & relaxing massages. Whether your stay is just for the weekend, or over a week you will feel as if you are lost in heaven, a place to totally relax your body & mind. The house sits on a small ridge which provides excellent views, yet it is just a short walk to the beach. Every day many different species of animals visit the area like howler monkeys, pizotes, and iguanas... as well as beautiful hummingbirds and butterflies! At times, there are so many that they seem to paint the trees. Guests can access the gym for classes, or take a private class with special discounts. We also offer relaxing spa treatments and sports therapies. The house and pool area are extremely private, and only for guests of the home. During your stay at the home we will be available on an as needed basis. Please let us know if we can help to arrange a private chef, surf lessons, ATV, or car rentals, horseback riding, or any other activities in the area. Situated between two pristine beaches, this house is located in the perfect area of Nosara. Easily walk to surf at Guiones, relax in the shade at the beach in Pelada or walk to many dining options. Once you arrive in Nosara it doesn't take long to walk anywhere in town from our home. A quick walk to the beach for a perfect sunset dinner at La Luna Restaurant - the most beautiful location, and the only restaurant on the beach in this area! Walk the nearby jungle trails, and view wildlife along the way to get to the nightlife at Selina and Playa Guiones. You can easily get a tuk-tuk taxi to take you further around town. Or rent an ATV or motorbike for a fun day advanture. To visit other beaches, or explore a bit more of the Guanacaste region, you can rent a car in town. Let us know if you need airport transfer, we can arrange easily on your behalf. We can help you to hire services such as surf lessons, horseback riding or ATV tours. We also have our chef who cooks typical tico (Costa Rican) dishes, or we can arrange reservations for some of the most beautiful restaurants in the area. For those who need to relax, or recover after a surf lesson, we can provide relaxing or sports massages.
