Seasonal Rental Available for 12/1/23 to 4/1/24!!!! Inquire about it!!! Perfect location to everything Manchester has to offer! The property boasts peaceful views and access to the Battenkill River. While the setting is private and serene, within a few minute drive, you can be to shopping, dining, and hiking. Bromley-12 min! Stratton-25 min! Killington, Mt. Snow, and Okemo all within an hour's drive. No Pets allowed due to owner'sallergy. A separate rental agreement is required for all rentals Viewing the front of the premise, the South unit is on the right side. This is a shared property (exterior only!) with the North Unit which is also listed on Airbnb. The two share the patio by the river and outdoor yard area (an acre in size so plenty of private space). The decks have a partition so that there is privacy between the two units. First floor has the kitchen, dining area, living area, master bedroom (queen). A full bath and laundry are on this floor as well. The second floor has two bedrooms and a full bath. The entire unit is approximately 1100 square feet and sleeps 8 (2 queens, 2 fulls) Because we own the entire property, you have access to the marble patio which is shared with the other unit. Each unit has its own deck and grill and as previously mentioned, has a privacy divider. The yard, woods, hammock, and patio can be enjoyed by anyone staying!(patio currently unavailable due to recent flood) Available via text and email for any questions! The property is on a very quiet street. There are only 5 homes on the entire street, so there is very little traffic. The view and access to the river are right in the backyard! Enjoy a fire down in the marble patio or take a rest on the hammock nestled among the trees. Location is a short drive from shopping, dining, Hildene, and Bromley. The Vermont summer festival is within 10-15 minutes. Guests will be required to sign a contract once booking takes place. Contract is available to read upon request prior to booking. Please message us if you are interested in booking horse show weeks (July 1st-Aug 18th). We currently have these weeks blocked off due to 2 night minimum default of booking platform. for these weeks that are available, there is a 5 night minimum. ***Because of a couple of reviews lately, we need to note that we do NOT provide things like spices, oils, etc. (We do have plenty of pots & pans.) Additionally, personal toiletry items like shampoo, body wash, etc. should be brought with you. A roll of paper towels and toilet paper to get you started will be provided. We do not stock the unit with paper plates, napkins, plasticware. If you have a specific question about what is provided, please ask! Sorry if this seems harsh, but our general feedback has been that people do NOT want to use other people's shampoos, foods, spices, oils, condiments, etc. Thank you!
