We expect you to help us with the following guidelines: • Check-in time is at 03:00 p.m. and check-out is at 11:00 a.m. If you need to make an adjustment, please let us know in advanced and we’ll try to help you. • We already sent an authorization email to the lobby. When you arrive to the building, please present your guest’s ID as well as your own (such as the passport, identity document, driving license, etc.) and give the concierge the apartment number XX so they can speed up this process • Please take care of the apartment as it is yours and help the environment by turning off the lights and devices when not in use and making rational use of the water. If you wish to recycle please leave the materials in the basement #1 (S1). Do not throw any glass bottles in the trash duct. • Be silent and discreet in the apartment and common areas, especially at night. Avoid loud noises. Parties are not allowed. • Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment nor on the balcony. There’s a designed area outside the building on Altea’s Pop Up Store corner. (Penalty Fee $ 200) • Please do not use the towels to remove make-up since it will damage them. (Penalty Fee $ 20) • Do not throw objects and/or trash in hallways, common areas, balcony or windows. • No hanging or placing clothes, rugs or any other type of item in areas that are visible from the common areas of the building or the balcony itself. • Unauthorized guests are not allowed. Let us know if you want to invite someone so that we can help you and avoid any trouble. There are security cameras in the building. Feel free to contact us if you have any questions or concerns. For a faster turnaround time, feel free to contact us through the app if needed and we’ll gladly assist you. There’s about 70 pubs, cafés and restaurants within walking distance and many of those will adjust to dietary restrictions. There’s also supermarket (Auto Mercado) that closes at 9:00 p.m. and a convenience store with an ATM (Fresh Market) closing at 10:00 p.m. both 5 blocks away. Also you can find museums, parks, the Central Market, National Theater and others within a 15 minute walk to San José’s downtown. If you need medical supplies, there’s a pharmacy nearby called Farmacia Especializada Los Yoses (beside Auto Mercado) or you can reach Fischel Express Although you probably won’t need it, there’s a bus just around the corner. The train station is also close and taxis are always a few minutes away. If you prefer, you can use apps like UBER, Didi, etc. and those will pick you up in the entrance. If you are travelling internationally, we have an official contact that does transportation from the Airport to the building (both ways) and can also help you going to other areas. Let me know if you will like to use the service, we’ll schedule that for you or can give you the phone number so that you can make accommodations. If you wish to wash your clothes, there’s a Laundry Room in the 6th floor. Just download the app in your phone, fill out your personal information and add a VISA or Master Card to your account. The machines won’t accept any cash. You won’t need any soap or fabric softener as it is already included. The app will send and alert when the cycle finish. Please pick up your clothes after the usage so more people can use the device. Happy washing!
