Casa Yamuna in the heart of Lo de Marcos with a private pool and only seconds from the beach. It is a vacation oasis in the buzz of the town. Inside and out the home has an enhanced cleaning process to ensure guest safety. This three bedroom home has views of the mountains and ocean from the upper deck. As the house is located right in the centre of town amenities are only seconds away. At this time only the master bedroom has air conditioning. All rooms have floor fans and ceiling fans. Security - You will enjoy the entire space of this home. It is completely secure with a gated entrance and walled perimeter. Pool - enjoy the luxury of your own private pool and lounge chairs. Views - From the upper patio where the bedrooms are located enjoy views of the town and mountains and the water at the end of the street. Kitchen - kitchen is fully stocked with everything needed to make full meals and tupperware to take a picnic to the beach. Coffee and tea are provided as well as basic spices and oil. Bedrooms - each room has both a floor and ceiling fan. Extra towels, bedding or pillows available upon request. There is one entrance into the courtyard of the house and then a main set of doors into living space downstairs which includes kitchen, dining room, living room and bathroom. Upstairs each bedroom has its own entrance and key. I am available to answer any questions you may have or to assist with any issues that may arise at the property. The pool and plants need to continually be maintained and therefore there will be a trusted employee coming by every other day to water and test and check pool levels. Timing for this can be determined by your schedule to ensure maximum enjoyment of your space and privacy. Lo de Marcos is a beautiful quaint and quiet community. Compared to other beaches in the area you will find an almost empty beach with a few wonderful palapa restaurants to enjoy lunch, a cold cerveza or an icy margarita. You will feel welcomed by the local people here and be emerged in the lifestyle of small-town Mexico. At night the town is full of amazing taco stands and restaurants to have dinner at or enjoy some drinks. If you prefer cooking at home there are also plenty of stores that sell fresh fruit and vegetables, fish and seafood vendors and three butcher shops. There are lots of activities to partake in during your vacation. Locally there are horseback tours, atv tours, fishing charters and whale watching tours, snorkelling tours and guided hiking tours. Getting around Lo de Marcos is very easy on foot. However there are places to rent golf carts and bicycles in town. If you would like to arrange a golf cart before arrival I can assist in reserving one. *** There are stairs to upper level where bedrooms are located *** *** Rainy season precaution *** The corner where the house is located tends to temporarily flood with rain water and ocean waves during a rainstorm or after a high tide. It is temporary and does not affect the courtyard or inside of the house; however side walk access can become limited.
