The property has a spring fed streams that leads to the lake, hiking trails within the jungle canopy and water cascade running through the tropical gardens. Villa is located in the cool rainforest mountains of Costa Rica on the north end of Lake Arenal as part of a large estate. The Villa is the perfect place for a romantic getaway, where you can replenish your soul. A great place you and your family can use as a home base as you explore the northern part of Costa Rica for day trips and excursions to nearby sights and attractions. Walking to the shore on the lake access road is a 15 min hike down hill.  There are extensive hiking trails on our own Private Nature Reserve. The rain forest canopy has spring fed stream, stone Plunge Pond to cool off in. Many streams and waterfalls to relax by as well as abundant wildlife & flora/fauna. We live in Orlando Florida and manage the rental bookings. The local Costa Rican managers of the property are our relatives Michael and Sandy. They are available across the road as needed for suggestions or ideas on how to pass your vacation time. The town of Nuevo Arenal is about 3 miles from the villa where you can get your supplies and groceries by car, taxi or local bus. There are a dozen or so restaurants and bars with great Costa Rican food as well as American and German and Italian cuisine. There is parking for 2 vehicles with room to turn around, if you plan to rent a car. There is a bus stop up the property drive and to the right on the main road.
