Casa Kaylen is an ocean view home located in the heart of Manuel Antonio. The location couldn't be more convenient! It's within walking distance to the beaches, ATMS, the best restaurants/bars, spas, and shopping. Casa Kaylen is an ocean view home located in the heart of Manuel Antonio. Built for the tropical climate of Manuel Antonio, this home features high ceilings, plenty of screened in windows for cross ventilation, and ceiling fans throughout. There is a bedroom area with a king size bed, a living room area with a futon that converts into a full size bed, a bathroom and a kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with a gas stove/oven, refrigerator, coffee maker, microwave, blender and toaster. The house will accommodate up to three people comfortably, but is ideally suited for two. It is is equipped with a security alarm system and there is also a secure closet with a safe for valuables. Wireless internet, local phone service, towels, and linens are provided. It's conveniently located within walking distance to beaches, restaurants, bus stop, banks and grocery store. A car is not necessary to get around the area. Guests have access to the entire house. I am in touch with the guest from their initial inquiry throughout their stay, and am available anytime if they need anything. I love that within walking distance are many area restaurants, especially Emilio's Cafe. The beach is only a 20 minute walk and coming back it's uphill, so it's a great workout. Of course one can always take the bus or a taxi back up the hill if too tired. The bus stop is within five minutes walking distance. Service is every 30 minutes and costs less than $1. Taxis are always available and may be hailed on the street or dispatched to the house. Check in time is 3:00 p.m. and check out time is 11:00 a.m. When available, a later check out, or earlier check in time can be arranged. I am happy to do so at no extra charge.
