We are within the center of Santa Teresa Beach which has become very popular. We are not located up the hill, which makes the walk to the beach quick and easy. Being closer to the main road means that you will hear some social noise from the amazing restaurants and cafes that are within walking distance from the house. Please remember that you are far away from any larger cities or towns while you are in Santa Teresa. The power, water and internet have been very reliable these past few years, but do have outages periodically. Pura Vida! There is a boutique hotel next door and they have been great neighbors. You will hear music and conversation from their property on some nights, but it is usually off by 12:00PM. ***If you are looking for total quiet, you may want to find a villa further up the hill***
