Ocean 6 is a modern and spacious studio apartment situated on the first level of a private condominium, perched on the hillside in the quiet north end of Santa Teresa overlooking the wide blue Pacific Ocean, avoiding the noise and dust of the main road. It is only 3 minutes walking distance away from the beach at one of the best surf spots in Costa Rica – “La Lora ''. Restaurants, shops and supermarkets are close by. This spacious studio apartment is located on the upper level of an individual building that features breathtaking panoramic ocean and sunset views. Infinity ocean view pool is shared. It's modern tropical style design and its equipment such as A/C, ceiling fans, 100MB Wi-Fi, and a large Smart TV, make it very accommodating. The comfortable living area and kitchen are pen to a large furnished balcony with sliding glass doors to let in the fresh sea breeze. Its fully-equipped kitchen has everything you need: a coffeemaker for that perfect cup of Costa Rican coffee, a blender for fresh fruit smoothies and sunset drinks, a gas stove, toaster oven, large refrigerator, dishes and cookware, and an always-full bottled water dispenser. Its modern bathroom with luxury finishes feature rain showers. Bedrooms have queen beds with orthopedic mattresses and new linens. The living area has a pull-out sofa bed. Our housekeeper takes care of cleaning every day. There is a private parking area with space for 4-5 vehicles (subject to availability). A stairway leads from the apartments down a steep hill to the main road and the beach. Guests have access to the entire apartment and the parking area. The laundry facility is restricted for use only by housekeepers. We are more than happy to help you with anything you need at any time during your stay. We can recommend restaurants, surf instructors, Yoga and Pilates lessons, fishing trips, canopy zip line tours, horseback riding, nature hikes, ATV rentals, and more. We’re only a 3-minute walk to beautiful beaches and one of the best surf spots in Costa Rica – “La Lora” – in the quiet north end of Santa Teresa. The main street is only 60m from the property. You can walk to the beach, restaurants or supermarket. Even so, we always recommed to rent some vehicle to move more easily and explore the paradisiacal areas that surround us! The final stretch to get to the property (30 mtrs) is a paved, steep hill. We recommend having a 4x4 vehicle in order to access the parking area, although many guests have been able to reach it without it. We have private parking with space for 4-5 cars.
