The villa consists of a main villa (which sleeps 10), there is a separate studio which sleeps another 4-6. Steps lead up to the entrance, the studio is on the first level and further steps lead up to the main part of the villa. Off the entrance hall is a huge lounge and open planned dining area. A very large new, well equipped kitchen is on this level A door leads from the kitchen out onto a side terrace for outside dining with shade if required and two BBQ's, one gas and one coal for outdoor cooking. Sea glimpses from the terrace too. The kitchen has 2 large fridge freezers and delonghi or filter coffee macines. In the villa on this lower level there is a double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom, with Jacuzzi bath and shower attachment. Upstairs you will find another four double bedrooms, two of which open up to the front terraces with great views and sea glimpses. These 4 bedrooms have newly installed A/C units. On this level are two modern bathrooms with shower etc as seen in the photos. This is a perfect location for walkers who can either take the coastal walk from the house along the beach and round the rugged coast on a path to Canyelles Petites beach and further on to the larger town and beachs of Roses. Under 5 minutes you can walk up the mountain and into the natural park of the Cap de Creus which has stunning views and you can follow the coast round to find many tiny hidden coves. For winter months the walking can be combined to a ski or snowboard trip with a choice of Spanish or French resorts being accessible for a day trip (by car 2 hours each way).
