This recently renovated 3 bedroom 3 full bathroom top floor villa is conveniently located in the tranquil east beach section of the island and in the preserved Park Side community. This Villa's location, which is adjacent to the Night Heron Park, Night Heron Pool, Nature Center and the Five Star Sanctuary Hotel makes for an ideal location to partake in island activities and dining options. The villa's short walk or bike ride to Kiawah's pristine beach makes it preferred for beach lovers. Guests will have access to the all of the resort's amenities including the resort pools and complimentary shuttle service, which will afford visitors transportation to all points and amenities of the island. This includes but is not limited to the Roy Barth Tennis Center, any of the numerous golf courses, including the 2012 & 2021 Host of the PGA Championship, The Ocean Course, as well as the many restaurants located on the island. All of the Villa and most of what the resort offers. Along with the resort and property managers, I will be available if need be. Nestled within the tranquil and preserved Park Side Community of East Beach, you are a short walk or bike ride to the beach, Night Heron Park, Night Heron Pool, Nature Center or five star Sanctuary Hotel. The resort offers complimentary shuttle service on the island, which can be arranged via the resort phone located in the villa. In addition, there are private limo and car services that can be arranged for a fee via the resort. If the access to the Night Heron Pool is desired, there will be additional fees depending on the time of year you wish to stay. There is an additional amenity fee that will be charged which is roughly 9% of the nightly fee and is charged on a daily basis.
